Never been inside before! Had my favorite type of chicken that can only be found in certain corner stores and restaurants! Clean & efficient. Bit pricey but worth every penny for how much they stuff your order!

Horrible customer service for no reason they never take orders over the phone which makes no sense. And when you go in, they wanna catch a attitude with you just ordering food. This is a place of business and they seem to be acting out like children.

I have never had bad chicken here. And chicken can be kinda funky that way. Also-this place is dirt cheap!

Fryer green plantains were very chewy!! Not good at all, the chicken wasn't all that !! Plus 1 bottle of flavor soda for $3 dollars!!??? In total I spend like $12 dollars for the meal!! Plus had to wait like 20  minutes to get foods.  It's crazy!! I  might stick with home cooking or better restaurants options in Lawrence..

Terrible customer service, cashier very inappropriate and unacceptable attitude. Bathroom water spreading to entrance and employees just look at each other and no initiative. Food too little and too expensive and cold, look from the day before. I will never go there again and will tell everyone no to go there. The South Lawrence location.

This is my third time there. The other two times were not bad. However this time the chicken was too dry. My rating is actually 2.5, but there's no choice for decimals here. The flavor was ok, but not the temp of the chicken...and that was the whole reason of my visit. I do understand that during the pandemic it may be difficult to keep food moist if you have no clients, but there was a line when I got there. If the service was better, this would be a 3 star review but their staff are not that friendly that hasn't changed in my opinion. I never understand that. I was in the food industry for close to 10 years, and always understood that my clients were rhe ones who paid my salary. Now if the client is rude, demanding, or demeaning, that's different. But my friends and I were nothing but friendly. It doesn't help that when you ask for the special sauce for the chicken, they give one tiny container for a whole chicken

anything you decide to try here is going to be delicious! their flavors are consistent and have remained that way for years.  most times i’m having a lazy evening and don’t want to cook for dinner, i’m coming here — unless the line is out the door which happens often, because it’s that good.

It is good place for fries chicken.
