Food was out of this world!!! Carne asada inside the tortas was so moist and tender and their endless chips and salsa bar is like none other!!! All their food taste GREAT, they do not miss the mark when it comes to good food!!!! Rebecca and the team are sooo sweet, with the brightest smiles and amazing service from the beginning to the end… they make us feel at home easily!

Ordered takeout. I've been to another location before and enjoyed the food. This is the 2nd time I've been to Pollo Regio and I did take out. Ordered a whole chicken family meal. They bagged everything up and asked to make sure if everything was in the bag. They confirmed and I went back home. Looks like they did not include the tortillas that came with the meal. It's a 20 min drive one way. Not worth the effort. Everything else was fine. The food is good. I know it may seem rude. But, just double check your order before leaving. Because it'll save u the headache.

I'm leaving this review because I was asked to buy the employee... I personally enjoy the FOOD HALF A CHICKEN here... And that is the only reason I give it 5 stars.  The place is nothing to look at neither am I.. though I come for the bird, so yeah..  This location needs a update badly. It doesn't have a restroom for customers.. only a sink to wash your hands Grateful for that!  The customer service was ok this time at this location. I stopped coming to this location because of the customer service months ago. I wanted the bird, so I stopped in.  Anyhow, if you like good bird and rice and green sauce, then this is a good enough place then any.

Elisseth Miranda has been the most helpful and sincere person there. She recognizes me and 9 times out 10 knows exactly what I want before I get there. She’s taken the time to build rapport with the customers and did it with a smile. I love this place because of people like her!!!

For a chicken restaurant to run out of chicken at peak dinner time of 6 pm is both a good sign and bad sign.  Good in that it is a sign of good food and business...Bad in that "How can you run out of chicken!"  The drive-thru was full, so i went inside. Waited for 20 minutes just for them to say they have no more chicken.  Seems like they would have known that ahead of time!

We dropped in on our way through town, not knowing what to expect.  Food was excellent.  Loved the sauce bar that allowed us to sample every version from mild to super hot habanero.  Carne Asada was flavorful; chips were spiced and excellent.  Service very friendly and accommodating.  Highly recommend!!

Haven't been to any of their  locations in years ...at least 3yrs or so  and haven't gotten a #14 in even longer than that.  Just no longer live near one so out of sight out of mind pretty much. Would usually get their stuffed potato.  Omg I forgot how good their food is.  Was at a place nearby and smelled it in the air and off I went.  lol I got the #14 today. Half a chicken with rice beans salsas and corn tortillas. FIVE STARS yummmmm.  Chicken breast was pretty dry but that's going to be pretty much anywhere you go.

I've picked this up through DoorDash a few times and finally decided to try it out myself. The chicken was super yummy! Carne Asada tacos were so good! Yes the wait was a touch long but the fresh food was worth it to me.Food: 5/5
