"B+" The food is great as normal, but the wait times can be horrendous if you pick an inconvenient time. Depends on the time of day, above average staff. Everyone here is close knit like a family so it enhances the experience. /Update, at one point during 2016 I was going here like 2x per week so I'm like the resident expert on this place and the overall value is amazing. The staff are awesome and the interior is perfect for meetings and gatherings.

I only put one star because it was a minimum requirement if there was a zero star I would've put zero. this place was horrible the experience I had was the worst I've ever had in my entire life at any of these restaurants. I had to wait 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich that should've only taken 10 minutes max. not only did they take long but then they decided to give me and my boyfriend attitude when we asked for our money back. I'm never going to come back. They skipped our order completely and the manager was ill mannered. I'll never be back here this was the worst pollo tropical in Miami. Although the sandwich wasn't bad in taste the service was bad enough to make me write this review

What can you say about tropical chicken chicken on the grill this place has all types of good Yummies. If you like chicken does the place to go I highly recommend it.

This particular pollo tropical is the worst pollo tropical I have visited in over 6 years of eating in these places.A lot of the employees is rude, aggressive, and many of the employees don't speak a word of English which makes it diffcult for English only speakers.The food is worse than any other pollo tropical I have gone to.The manager doesn't seem to care and the store has only gotten worse in the past couple years.I will not return to this pathetic exucse of a fast food store.
