Very satisfied so far. Shipped 6 packages from USA to Poland and all of them arrived on time, without any damage. They have also very reasonable prices. Today sending another box! Highly recommend.

dont use it, if you are not polish. parcel is not delivered to shipping adress, but is hold in poland and they want polish tax and duty and many other fees from you. we have our local company for duty, tax is also local, but still they are compulsory conditioning you to pay many polish fees. our parcel is already three weeks in poland without delivery to paid shipping address.

We sent to Poland dozens of packages with Polonez. Guess what! All packages arrived to our place in good condition. Then we decided to send our car also because we had very good experience with Polonez Parcel Service. We were stunned by a high level of service provided by Polonez. Our car was untouched. Everything looked just the same, it means the car looked like on a day I left it in Polonez headquarters in Springfield,MA. This company is brilliant and all employees are professional. You can rely on them. If you want to send something to other countries and you care about your stuff there is only one company you can use. It is Polonez Parcel Service. These people are the best! I recommend Polonez Parcel Service to everybody!
