Polonez Restaurant is Milwaukee's go-to for authentic Polish and American dishes made from the chef’s family recipes. Our restaurant has been family-owned and operated since we opened our doors in 1983 and was started by Polish immigrants Aleksandra and George Burzynski. Every recipe has been developed by Chef George, and each meal is made-to-order from fresh ingredients. Many of the recipes used today were even from George’s Polish grandmother. We love sharing our Polish heritage with patrons, which is reflected in our menu selections, unique decor, and live music. Whether you’re looking to try a The Polish Plate, fish fry, or one of our imported Polish beers, the meal certainly won’t disappoint.
