place doesn't exist, says its an urgent care, number transfers you to the one on chino ave, which gives you crappy service.

Amazing Sercive patient of Dr.Olsen's, every time I've had a little or major thing they have always been on top of in the front, back office even the doctor, always fax prescriptions to my pharmacy no problem. Wonderful, caring, amazing doctor. They are an office that cares about there patients which is very hard to find these days. Treat them with respect & kindness & you'll have an amazing experience. I've been seen dr.olsen for almost 10 years he's moved offices twice & both times I've gone with him & staff at both Pomona valley locations always treated me well & helped me as much as possible. Wasn't for his office I could of died. I owe them my life. Give them a shot & you'll see how awesome every one is there. Thank you for everything it means the world to me & words can never express how greatful I am for the love & support & the services given to me by you all. Thank you. 🙏🏻😊

I took my mother as a new patient to 2140 Grand Ave, 125, Chino Hills, Ca. She was seen by Dr. Valdez. She prescribed meds for my Mother. While we were leaving I asked for the priscription and was told they already faxed it to the Walmart in Diamond Bar. Three days later still no priscription. I called and I called and I called and I called. I was given so many different stories by this office. I was told. "O just called it in, Oh we did not have the fax#, I am calling the wrong office, my mother is not on their system........... On and on and on.  
And no one EVER called me back. I called the office twice yesterday after another 10-15 minutes of taking all information and being on hold I was told someone will call me back. No one did.  I went to Walmart no order. So I called the Dr office again from Walmart I was put on hold and no one ever came back. 
Today is December 14th, and I just called Walmart no order yet. I called the Dr office and I was asked to hold to speak to a supervisor. I was on hold for 2-3 minutes, finally I hung up. I am 100% sure no one will call me back. 
They have absulutely no RESPECT OR CONCERN for their patients. I am working on calling Medicare to file a complaint so this office does not get paid for the service.
