I previously wrote a favorable letter regarding Harry Justice...he tends to the restrooms along the beach.  He does an excellent job...in addition, he is friendly and always says hi and knows my name.  He trained a young man named Savoy.  This letter is to praise Savoy.  He does an excellent job cleaning and is very personable and responsible.  I am very pleased with his professionalism and his being an "ambassador" for Pompano Beach. Typical city employees without incentive to do more than the minimum. Had documents hand delivered to the building department two times and they keep telling me they don't have them. Nobody foes an extra step to help out the people that pay their salary. Inefficient and people could be nicer and more helpful.

They do things differently here. Someone will be at the window and they will ask you to come up even though the other person is still there. I need privacy. Other than that it's very clean and it was a quick visit.

By far the most, helpful Building Department in Broward County. Staff is friendly and Courteous. A+++ rating
