The owner, Teresa, was extremely accommodating and the lodge was ADORABLE! We had a double bed and it was perfectly cozy and clean and perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone. The pricing was also extremely attractive. Can't wait to come back to this scenic secret.

Is a quaint and quiet place to relax and unwind from life's hectic pace. The rooms are comfortable, and there is a place to eat onsite so don't have to drive anywhere if you do not want too. I would go back in a heart beat and stay there.

Very quaint and cute!  Clean, friendly, and affordable!  Big plus ~ The Hunger Trailer.  Excellent BBQ and burgers!

Booked this online first time - not sure what to expect - turned out to be great. Clean and funky decor - loved the courtyard. Teresa was a great, very accommodating hostess. Her partner DJ's Hunger Trailer onsite served awesome BBQ and great breakfast.

We stayed in July on our way south and again in August on our way back. I would recommend over anything we saw in Salida.

Well kept quaint Motel. Theresa the owner makes you feel at home and Gracie her little Yorkie poo is an adorable sidekick. Loved the decorations around the grounds . The biggest surprise to me was the food and service. I had breakfast, lunch and dinners there. It was all delicious. The Brisket was top notch!  My mouths watering, just the thought of it.
