I recently purchased an all pond solutions EF1+ aquarium external filter. Great product at a very good price and is keeping my fish tank very clean. I also purchased extra filter media. Delivery was very quick and the service I received was exceptional. Communication is very good Violet was exceptional.

Prices are amazing, shipping is fast and reliable. Have zero issues there. I have 2x 1400ef's, 3 boosters from here. I also buy alot of media etc.  But DO NOT buy the HOB filters! I ordered 2, and BOTH are awful. I have 6+ aquariums in this room, from canisters to hobs and I can't hear my own thoughts over these 500-ho's. The bedroom is next door and I can hear the motor through the walls. Then one just spits air 24/7.  APS are looking into replacing parts but If 2 are this noisy then they probably all are. Ideally I want a replacement for something quieter, even if its a lower spec.  EDIT: Replaced the HOB's with their internal filter range. Massive IMPROVEMENT! Much quieter. Perfect actually. I even decided to order a light as well to replace my twinstar that broke. Impressed! The light is amazing.  Highly rate their site, customer service has always been helpful and their products are great. I just honestly will say, out of everything I have bought, their HOBs need improving. Otherwise great.  I have attached a picture of my 25L running APS's LF300 & 310 LED.

Placed an order need to change my order but it takes 3 days for them to reply, my order will be here before then. Never do there ever  pick up the phone, they always have a high volume of calls and messages but no one is ever there to pick up the phone.. ive had endless problems with them and really recommended if you running a business do not do business with all pond solutions, if you have a faulty product trust me you going to battle to get your returns. If you do eventually get your return a month later they will remove your loyalty points like if its your fault

Bought the 1000 EF external aquarium filter. Really good quiet unit. No leaks. Easy set up. Email was a really rapid response to a question.  Great customer service . .

A new LED light tube developed a fault within 48 hours, Mark at All Pond dealt with my requests and wow, within a couple of emails, the problem was sorted with a new tube dispatched for delivery. That is what I call superb customer service and without doubt, recommend this company. Well done and thank you,

Bought a pfc- 5000 filter for my pond in April 2022 and it was shipped quickly and the customer service was excellent. I had a problem yesterday after changing the UV bulb that i couldn’t get it to seal without water leaking, I tried several times but to no avail. I rang the company number and Mark dealt with my query. He asked me to reply to his email and attach some photos. He promptly replied saying that it looks like a faulty ballast and will send one out immediately. I can only applaud this company for their professionalism in how quickly they responded. Ordered a sump and protein skimmer off the website and paid for instantly - received an email two days later saying that my items hadn’t been dispatched and after a couple of emails back and forth I was basically told they couldn’t actually tell me when they would be dispatched and when I would receive my items “how would I like to proceed” well obviously I want a full refund it’s not rocket science is it. Shabby outfit poor customer service - stop selling on a website if you can’t deliver as above - it’s not rocket science. Oh and still waiting on my refund.

I purchased a large pond pump from all pond 16 months ago it was superb Unfortunately it has failed and had a 2 year guarantee so I contacted them and they have sent a new one very quickly no problems no hassles or arguments Thank you kyra I really recommend them will definitely use them again 100%

Ordered a tank cabinet. 1st come came in a wrecked box, opened it anyway to find damaged pieces. Sent it back, finally got a replacement after I had to chase it and was reassured that the replacement would be sent in a much better condition. 2nd one came and even the delivery driver who’d dropped the 1st one off and could remember the condition it came in! was apologetic at the state of the 2nd delivery. Contacted them again and had to get refunded, wasn’t even offered an alternate. Won’t use the company again, very poor. Stay clear and buy elsewhere!

Excellent service received when we had a problem with our pump. They helped us to rectify the situation in an extremely polite and efficient way.
