I've been to Ponderosa twice now and both visits were extremely pleasant. The staff is very friendly and Eric knows his stuff. I had a small issue with my insurance claim and they were quick to credit my account as they didn't believe my insurance provider was being fair. That's above and beyond customer service! I'm stoked to have found a dentist in my neighborhood that I can continue going to for many years.

The staff at Ponderosa Dental was incredible. We took our son in for his first ever appointment and they eased him into everything. He left with a smile on his face and tells everybody about getting his teeth cleaned. My wife and I had skipped making dental appointments for a few years due to a fear of the experience, but the team there made it perfect. It's wonderful to have a local family dentistry that are patient and extremely friendly. Recommended to everyone!

I highly recommend this clinic! They were able to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment at the end of their day. I wasn't even a patient of theirs at the time. The team made me feel ridiculously welcomed and comfortable. I have found my new dental dream team.

Dr Berkner's office has been great. Everyone there is more than helpful in trying to get your teeth taken care of without you feeling bad for having a cavity. They are polite, gentle, and most importantly friendly.
