Great food and nice service. Just a bit of a wait, but if the food is fresh—it’s worth waiting for! Only “complaint” was that the receipts were printing blanks & there was no way to go back and have it emailed instead.  Vegetarian options: They have tofu  Parking: Mall parking lot  Kid-friendliness: Kids everywhere  Wheelchair accessibility: Tables are relative open spaced which I assume would be easy to use for wheelchair accessibility as well

Ugh... poor review continues. The attitude from the employee was poor, and we had to wait minutes before someone showed up behind the counter to take our order. Waiting time for the food wasn't too bad, it wasn't a busy time so luckily our food/order didn't get messed up. But the packing was sloppy so sticky sauce got all over the exterior of the container.  I hope the owner or corporate is sending people to visit the store to see the service and operation and be proactive to make improvements. We had visited many Ponko location and all other experience was pretty decent. Sad to see a chain of poor reviews and it does not seem like any actions were taken to correct or improve the service.

After reading the reviews, we arrived in Atlanta and thought we’d give the place a try. No one is in line and no one is behind the counter. We ended up going to Shake Shack across the way. Saw no one ordering or visiting Ponko the entire time at least 20 mins. Could be good. Who knows.

Employee asked me to come back later. I came back half an hour later and he told me to come back in 15 minutes. This was at prime lunch time 12-1, and both times had to wait several minutes before anyone even came to the front. This also happened last time I was at the mall.  Furthermore the screen that displays the food choices is all busted up. I love PONKO but avoid this location.

Great little spin on panko style japanese dishes.  I got chicken tacos with some items removed as im allergic so normally they are have more toppings.  My wife got tofu tenders and they she said they were really good.  The fries are amazing.

Got a chicken sandwich meal and a taco on the side. The chicken was sooo big took a bite before I took a picture cause it looked and smelled so good, oops and the fries were nice and crispy and there were so many of them. The taco was also delicious. Everything was so full of flavor! Definitely my go to spot from now on.  Also they have the really nice crunchy ice, if you’re into that

I mean if you’re looking for good chicken at the mall, you can’t go wrong with Ponko. This is a solid choice and was relatively quick to get my food too. They even leave out samples so if you aren’t sure if Ponko is the place to go, feel free to give it a try first!

I am sorry but I do not like this location I miss the one in Chastin Square. I really loved their customer service and the food was always fresh.Food: 3/5

I ordered a salad meal today august 30 2023, I left and opened it. It was halfway rotten and there was a huge dead fly in it. It also took really long but for what? It was clearly old and not fresh. Along with the chicken, it was soggy not fresh and had been sitting for awhile I could tell. Everything was just really gross. This place is going out of business though so that’s good. It’s barely open.

Food was great, service even better, recommend great food overall great time would come againFood: 5/5
