I am from NO but currently living overseas. I visited one doctor, Dr. Burvant from this clinic last month. I provided the results of an MRI done overseas. He said he did not know how to treat what the results indicated I had. He said there was nothing he could do. I suggested PT. "No, he said, wouldn't work." So, I promptly left and sought another opinion. Thank God I did. I saw Dr. Hoffman from another practice the next day who promptly assessed me and treated what he saw as my issue. He order four (4) weeks of PT which I am completing this week. I feel fabulous. Then, my insurance changed. I had an appointment with Dr. Carradine today and presented at the office. I did not yet received the new insurance card but offered to pay by cash, check, debit card, credit card, anything. But no! No, insurance, No care. Unbelievable! And, I was treated like I was a recipient of "food stamps" Very rude receptionist. My God, don't ever come here. Bad practice in every way.

This doctors group will not see any one who does not have insurance. I tried to make an appointment for a leg injury and because i don't have insurance they won't see me. Now I am prepared to pay cash for everything in advance if necessary. I choose not to have insurance because of the outrageous premiums. I have recently been through a bike accident and all expenses including ambulance, emergency room, mri's, xrays, everything was cheaper because I paid cash. THIS IS A GREEDY DOCTOR'S OFFICE WHO KNOW THEY CAN BILL THE INSURANCE FOR MORE THAN THE ACTUAL COST OF THE SERVICE. SHAME ON YOU!!!
