Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff. We also accidently walked in just after they closed but they had no problem assisting us anyway.

Called for service on my Spa Monday morning around 10AM. Explained that the spa was not working correctly. Asked if I could get service yet that day, the person said he didn't think it would be a problem. I called back around 3:30 PM to see if they had been to the house. He said they were running a bit behind because of the weather but a Tech would be out today. Around 6:30 PM a Tech showed up and repaired our Spa in about 45 minutes on a dark cold night. I really appreciate a company that does what they say they are going to do.

They have helped me manage my pool or spa for years. Jeremy and the staff will help you navigate the pool chemistry without adding unnecessary chemicals or equipment.
