I have always gotten a fair deal at the stores.  Unfortunately can't say the same for service. I believe this would be improved if the sales force were in the loop. A face to hold accountable.

Could not find a Pool City online that carried a patio cover that was on sale.  Called John at your Monroeville store, and he was extrememely helpful.  I was able to place my order with him, and it should be delivered next week  for store pickup.  Great Service.

Purchased a Bullfrog hot tub July 2017 from John Vigne. He was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all the questions we had about installation and maintenance, including maintaining proper chemical balance. We’ve been enoying the hot tub for 7 months now and couldn’t be happier with our purchase and service we received from John!

Sales man was great,  had to wait forever for them to dig the pool in , no communication on the installer end, fence my wife wanted was never put up had to wait almost 3 to 4 weeks for that,  won't deal with these idiots again except John the sales man
