Their hot tub repair guy, Mark, is great.  Comes out in the freezing cold and fixes our 18 year old hot tub--and very quickly.  Then  rolls up the extension cord we had out there to keep the pipes from freezing--he goes above and beyond!

The store is amazing... They also do spas amd hot tubs, on top of Billiards... And the service department is phenomenal for openings, closings, maintenance amd reapairs...

Be VERY careful when doing business with Pool World.  Their sales are good (pricey but good), but their service leaves much to be desired.  Be sure to get all quotes in writing when requesting service.  They have hidden fees that they do not disclose until after you receive the bill.
