Poole Anderson Construction's foundation goes back to 1924, when L.C. Anderson & Sons got its start in Huntingdon PA providing general contracting, construction management, and design-build services. S&A Commercial Construction broke ground in the 1980s as a commercial and multi-family housing contractor in State College.
Created in April 1999 through a merger of the two companies, Poole Anderson Construction is one of the largest commercial construction companies in Central Pennsylvania.
Poole Anderson has continued the legacy of our founders by maintaining a highly skilled team of craftsmen and management personnel devoted to solving the construction challenges of our clients with experience, expertise, and innovation. We make sure that our workforce is reliable, our schedules realistic, and our estimates accurate.
