Wonderful experience! Dave was awesome! We had lost the key to our Kia Sorrento, but with my boyfriend working crazy hours at work, we had to find someone who didn't mind coming out later in the day! Dave made us a new key quickly plus a spare! Thanks! Will be recommending pop a lock to everyone!

They said they could create a key for me because I lost mine, and that they would call back soon. They never called back and I had to called back many times asking when they could come out and they kept saying it would be any minute until they got a locksmith to contact me. Well they never show up and it ended up costing me an extra day without a car. I would avoid this company, and go with someone that follows through and doesn't lie.

After the theft of my keys, I called around to locksmiths trying to see what my options were. I had a spare to the car, but knowing that there was a set unaccounted for, I opted to get a new ignition to prevent the theft of the vehicle. Matt at Pop A Lock Carmel couldn't have been more knowledgeable and service-minded. He was out to the parking lot at my office and finished with the replacement in a few hours. It took about 3-4 hours for them to get here. They were quick one they got here. It only took about 3-5 minutes for them to get me in, which is really fast from what I have experienced from other companies.

My husband, Mark Stephens’s, review is not showing up on Google Maps even though it does not violate any of their policies or rules. Here it is: This is ridiculous. I called pop-a-lock at 1:30pm on April 11th and the person on the phone told me I would have a call back within thirty minutes to an hour. They also told me it would cost over six hundred dollars to have two keys made. I called back at 2:30pm after hearing nothing & talked to a different person. They told me that they were snowed under & five or six people were ahead of me now & I'd get a call back by 4:30pm. 4:30 came & went & I heard nothing from pop a lock. The next morning I called them back & they said they would text the technician & have him call me. The technician called an hour later & told me that they couldn't make the keys because the equipment to code the transponder was broken & they wouldn't get it back for two weeks. I asked if he had any suggestions for other locksmiths that could do the job & was told that no other locksmiths in Indianapolis could make my keys & that my best bet was to call a dealership. I called a few more locksmiths & found one that not only made two keys, but charged me two hundred less. The tech told me that it was bs what pop a lock said & the equipment to code the transponder was readily available many places in Indianapolis. Yet another Indianapolis company with horribly disrespectful customer service.
