The Bay St Louis Popeyes has been going down hill with their service and quality of  their food.  I bought a 16 piece family meal on Tuesday at 5 pm and the food tasted like it had been sitting there since they opened that morning.  I have never had such dry chicken, biscuits that could break teeth, and  a phone that only goes to a fax.  This seems to be the only option for a complaint.  I hate to complain publically without giving them a chance to right their wrong, but they need to answer their phones, I have called multiple times all week. I do not see my family eating there again anytime soon.

The chicken is pretty good it's kind of crunchy and the spices are good. The place is clean and the service is good.its all right for fast food I would say it's average.

This location really needs to fix its drive thru and parking lot. Busier times are chaotic and traffic gets slow really quick. You literally have to back all the way up to get to the service road. Good luck if you're in the back of the lot. Then you find yourself driving against drive thru traffic.
