Girl at the window taking orders was very rude. 45 minute wait for food. I had to ask for a receipt to get one. My order was wrong.  The shrimp should've been spicy, but when I mentioned it, she kept switching from "I'm not sure if we have spicy" to "We don't have spicy shrimp" They were to lazy to listen to my order to get it right in the first place, then too lazy to correct it when bringing it to her attention. Naturally,  after waiting 45 minutes for food, it was cold when When I got it. Strangely, it looked very dark as if to be twice-fried also. When I asked to try some of the chicken sauces she was going to charge me because I bought chicken pieces instead of strips (after waiting 45 minutes you want to charge me for bbq sauce for my chicken!?). Anywhere else I have ever eaten would've offered as a MINIMUM, an apology for the wait. Disgusted by horrible attitude and poor customer care. I only go to Popeyes maybe once a year, but will NOT be returning to this location.

I have for some time been very disappointed with the quality of food and service from this restaurant.  The wait was ridiculously long and I'm ok with a wait if the food is not, fresh and tasty.  Absolutely not the case here.  So I had to wait get the food after almost coming to blows for condiments that she still didn't get right and the food is old cold and nasty.  I try and limit visit because sometimes you get tired if the same old food and just need a break from it so when you have it again it'll taste decent cause you've missed it. But I'll tell you they don't have to worry about me ever coming back to the this awful place.

Very poor service. We were asked to wait for mild chicken coming up in 12 minutes. After a 12 min wait it was realized it was the spicy. We had to wait for the new drop of mild. The cashier seemed aggrivated with the customers as we asked for some sort of compensation. When we finally got our order it was wrong because we watched them put the order together. They openly use the "N" and other profanity not acceptable in a work place. Very unprofessional crew!

I stopped in for the Tuesday special. They didn't have any dark pieces ready, so they asked me if I wanted white pieces. A breast and wing for $1.69, you better believe it.

The manager Tyler made everything fresh and really accommodated my mom and I.  Superior service all the way around.  We will definitely be returning.
