Despite the fact that it was lunch time and busy,  the chicken tasted as if it had been sitting there for a good while. I will not return to that Popeye's restaurant. 3/27/2018, Okay I returned because they have a special on chicken on Tuesdays,  two pieces of chicken for $1.49 which is a good deal, but I am just not feeling welcome there, the manager was very busy running drive-thru by herself it seemed, one guy cooking and one guy on front register. I don't know why they put people on register that doesn't know anything about customer service, he laughed at me the whole time I was there, if you hate your job then quit. I don't know why you would work the register if don't like to serve people? Anyway I wanted to give an update, I don't know why I go back when I know I will have a bad experience.

Well looks like everyone is about right clean place 
But experience all the complaints also.
But my last and final time at that establishment. I had sugar ants from the honey all in my food and my kids didn't get mild they got spicy didn't eat.
No ranch for my hot wings which were over cooked.
Half a dozen of hockey pucks.
Called and complain and they said they will call me back when they talk to the head manager cause of how big the order was they just can't do anything till they get permission or something. I'm still waiting on a phone call........

The worst customer service EVER!! Manager was very rude to customers and staff! Ordered Spicy chicken they said 30 min. wait! Ridiculous! Agreed to regular,just asked for hot sauce! NONE was in our bag! The manager actually asked my GF "What are you waiting for?" while she was sitting in the drive through! Uhhhh,My Order!! DUH! No Receipt! Worse part is,we live 5 houses behind this location! I wish they'd get it together!

I won't eat at this Popeyes again. Bad service each time, but last time, 6:30 pm they had no chicken ready, I waited, while waiting another lady came in complaining with uncooked chicken. 10 mins later I asked when mine would be ready, was told they didn't have any drumsticks.
They still hadn't taken my money so I gave up and went to my car. My wife went in to get just her favorite, red beans & rice. 5 minutes later I went in to see where she was. She hadn't even been served yet. They were still arguing with lady who was complaining about the food her husband brought home. We walked out and went to Church's on Fairmont.
I complained to corporate but never received a reply.
