What kept them from getting five stars. Was not marking or placing stickers that indicated what was original or spicy when buying the chicken SANDWICHES and differentiating the drinks. Other than that their staff was very polite and pleasant in the drive thru. The food was fresh and prepared nicely.

I ordered a 5 piece with red beans and rice and a large sweet tea. What I got was a three-piece with french fries and a sweet tea. I called and it's someone's cell phone I left my information along with my ticket number. Which happened to be 666. Hopefully he gets back with me if not I will be leaving a bad review.

This is a chicken place and you guys are always out of white meat. It’s makes no sense at all! Not everyone wants a leg or a thigh. Some people want breasts and wings. Y’all weren’t even willing to cook it for me. Will not be going to this location again.

I love Popeyes, my husband and I eat at them often but this particular location requires the patience of a saint. No communication and literally stuck at the drive thru between paying and being able to exit. Left with nothing after 36 minutes.

I was so disappointed in the service from the drive through speaker all the way to the window. The Customer service was garbage, the wait was 20 minutes and my order was wrong. I didn't even have the energy to go and get the right order after waiting 20 minutes and driving back home. The whole staff need training.
