I ordered almost 40 dollars for food that was under cooked. The flounder sandwich should have been non spicy and not soggy. I gave the food to my elderly parent without knowing, it's spicy. Missing a strawberry biscuit in the bag that was ordered. So not worth ordering here. Also not as clean as the others stores.Food: 1/5

I ask for a 3 piece chicken dinner breast , leg , thigh they gave me 2 legs and thigh and forgot to give me my extra biscuit that I pay for on the ticket it said thigh,  leg  , wing I told and showed the server the ticket and told him it was wrong he looked in the box and said it's correct I said a chicken breast is in there he said yes NOT! I had to wait for about 10 minutes and they still got it wrong and they didn't have utensils for us to eat our sides no napkins ugh I can't I'm done I couldn't take it back I was on my way to work Eastside only good thing was the  chicken was fresh.

The service was pretty slow in this location. As a matter of fact, it was a line out the due to the slow service. Sometimes, the service is fine, but, there has been on occassion, the service was not good. Mainly due to the workers having slight attitudes about whatever. Didn't have anything to do with meFood: 3/5

Worse Popeyes around don’t place online orders they would do whatever they want with your food,I order 30 pc wings they came with no sauce and all mix up very poor service and quality I used to love this location but it has gotten worse and worse overtime.Food: 1/5

One cashier and super long line. The Popeyes app won’t work at this store from time to time. The 12 pc wings combo meal contains one side and a small drink in the app, while the same price don’t contain any of them in the store. The people there won’t listen even though you show them your app.

I ordered a 3 pc two thighs and a drum I only received the two thighs and then it’s always one cashier up front and a long line

I would never eat from here again‼ The food is horrible and they don’t never have anything. I had to wait 30 minutes for my food. This suppose to be Mac & cheese but it’s not.

The food and music are good. I had the 5 piece chicken tenders with macaroni and cheese and a biscuit. I like the red beans and rice. As for the music, I really like it. They have really good jazz music.

Horrible Customer service here at this place the Manger was very rude and he Stated to me I couldn't add a tender to my 5 pc combo which I've never heard of which is crazy.Recommended dishesSpicy Chicken Sandwich, Cajun Fries, New 6pc Wings
