Drive thru shows open ‘til 11pm on Sundays but it’s 10:13pm and they are closed. They have conveniently peeled off one of the digits for the phone number to report it to leadership, so leaving this review in hopes that leadership can see it.

Exactly 10 days ago from today, I placed a mobile order and found that it was missing a chicken sandwich. I tried calling the phone number listed on Google but no one answered. I didn't want to drive back to the restaurant so I filed a complaint via Popeyes website. Today I placed another mobile order and this time they had a chicken sandwich inside of a fish sandwich bag. Again, the phone number listed on Google was not answered. The restaurant was empty when I went to pick up the food so I don't understand why these people can't get these orders straight. They definitely need some serious training or need to pay closer attention to the orders!!! Filed another complaint via Popeyes website. Maybe it's time I stopped going to this restaurant.

Awesome experience!  As soon as I came in, I was greeted with a warm "Welcome to Popeye's!". Every staff member was smiling, polite and very professional.  I ordered a "Smokehouse Boneless Chicken Wings" combo. Food was fresh and piping hot! And boy, were they DEE-LISH!  This branch is by far the best branch I've been to. Great staff, great customer service and great food.  Oh, and the place was clean too. Definitely going to this location again soon.

Went through the drive thru Monday around 12 pm and ordered some food. Was not very pleased with it so went back and asked them if I could get it exchanged. They did, but the girl working the window was very unprofessional. As soon as she turned around and gave her back to me she started talking about me to the rest of the staff. Just know I could understand every word you were sayin in Spanish and it’s very rude to speak about costumers. I definitely won’t be back to this location.

Worst popeyes I've ever been to and that's saying something. Chicken was like rubber, gravy costs 3.99 even if you don't get any other sauces, fries were old and dry even during lunch rush. I paid 21 dollars for a 5 piece tender meal, that is absolutely outrageousFood: 1/5

I will never come back to Popeye’s. Got two orders of “popcorn shrimp,” which was a total of $21.73. They were basically small worms. Mashed potatoes are fake and Mac n cheese was soggy and gross… I tried to get a refund, but they couldn’t because it was from last night at 9pm. “Okay, can I at least have a gift card or something?” No, because there was no manager there. Then they asked me to come back “in an hour or so” when she was there. Well, I have to go back to work, so that’s not going to happen. What a waste of money and time. Forewarning—  either don’t eat here, or at least stick to the chicken. Awful experience for both the food and customer service. Here are some photos with a small and large paper clip, for a size comparison… nasty. Extremely disappointing for almost $22.

We ordered 4 pc spicy chicken and we end up getting regular chicken. When we went back to ask the same the guy who took the order argued with us saying this is the spicy chicken . But actually that’s not. And the fries are not fresh. We also order a 6pc sweet and spicy wings he took the order and when we are at the window he said ‘we are out of them’ and the manager was beside him with no answer. Overall it’s a worst experience ever in a drive through.

Fernandito working at the drive through REFUSED to give me a side of pickles. Despite me offering to pay extra I was told they are only for the sandwich. He stated they had no container to put them in. I told him to cancel my order and I will go to a different Popeyes as no other Popeyes has refused to give pickles with my order. Again I will pay extra.

Details say it closes at 11, and while there are workers inside, if you're in the drive through they will ignore you till you drive away. Arrived at 10pm and sat in the drive thru for 21 minutes before leaving. A worker opened the back door, looked around then promptly closed it when they saw me.Food: 3/5
