So my Mother and Brother decided to grab a Quick Bite to eat. Before going to an appointment. I haven't been to Popeyes in ages. We chose the drive thru. Service was speedy. This is what Popeyes chicken supposed to look like. This store is getting better sometimes it's a hit or miss. With delivery the chicken is hard from sitting under the light too long, but when you pick up the chicken is almost like it prepared to order. generally the food is ok, but when I order spicy chicken,  I expect spicy. on multiple orders they substitute plain chicken and if I wanted plain I'd go to the Royal Farm store which is fresh chicken and larger pieces, if only they had Popeyes spicy recipe.

very good. compliments to the chef. I don’t like the policy of not getting some dipping sauces for free. The sign says 25 cents for EXTRA sauce. Its not extra if you don’t get some for free.

Online advertises that this facility opens at 10 AM. I arrived on a Saturday at 10:10 to get some food before I went into work. I sat in the drive-through for five minutes and no one came on to take my order so I pulled around to physically go inside, and when I went in, the open sign was lit, and doors were unlocked, I stood there for about five minutes waiting to get acknowledged by one of the workers until a blonde lady came up and all she said was “we are not open yet”. I said “oh I thought you guys open at 10 AM, that’s what it said online and you’re open sign is lit and doors are unlocked“ and she said “yeah we usually open at 10 but not today”. Perhaps do not have all of the things there to let the public assume that you guys are open if you really are not. I really hate to be that person but because of false advertising I had to go into work hungry.

One of the drive thru employees wouldn't take my order and told me to come inside ! I had went there a few days prior with the same order but different employee he was getting upset with me when I told him I couldn't I had my infant child and elderly father in the car that was the point of going through drive thru!! So I ended up pulling in parking lot and asking for a manager and the phone rang and rang..I actually went to the popeyes in Essex on eastern Ave and they still didn't answer and that's a 10 min plus drive! So I hung up...and got my order through the drive thru in Essex. The customer service and food was great! I'll be going to that Popeyes for now!

New experience.  Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and tackle box to take to work.  Ate tackle box last night, saved chicken for today's lunch.  Imagine my surprise to get a fish sandwich which they definitely hand wrote on the outside of the package two places.  Lucky I'm working alone today. Many employers have rules against reheating fish at work.  Old review. Sat in drive thru for forever.  Get to the window and she charges my card, hands me the receipt and then comes back to the window to say they are out of chicken wings so they won't charge me for them.  You already charged me for them! I substitute chicken fingers.  They gave me one small finger and two tiny pieces the size of my thumb?

I ordered the regular fish sandwich, and when I got home and opened the sandwich, it was the spicy sandwich.  So check your order before leaving the store.  It's still 2 stars 9 months later.  I ordered the regular chicken sandwich and it wasn't hot, and more breading than chicken.

Only been to this one a couple of times but, so far they have not disappointed me. Everything is always hot and fresh. The only reason I didn't give them 5stars is because they can never seem to keep apple pies.

This is worse store i ever see dont order from here peoples they always missed something from order this is my fifth time they missed my tenders and fries everytime
