I never like going to this Popeyes and its literally up the block from me. But my child wanted chicken so I went. The staff there is so unprofessional! Especially the supervisor. I waited a very long time inside on line to get to the register and place my order. The supervisor said they don't have the chicken that I prefer. And I had to wait for my side in which she said you can wait... and proceed to call next. Smh.
Kinda slow all Popeyes take a whilebut good food takes time taste great after the long wait bust customer service is great that’s why I’m giving 5 stars the girls here work hard to get it done as fast as humanly possible
you should always check before leaving the store because they make a lot of mistakes and they never give napkins, they do it on purpose
We waited a few mins to get our order, those spicy chicken wings, are so delicious with coleslaw and fries, well done.Food: 5/5
Staff here are unprofessional and rude. I was ignored when trying to order my meal here for dine in, then waited half an hour for my order. I kindly asked the service staff to use the bathroom. She told me the bathroom was out of order and the buzzer was not working. A few minutes later I see the staff let another customer use the bathroom. I will not be returning to this location they need to retrain their employees in how to treat customers....
I didn't receive my full order so the next day I went in ready for resistance to my claim but instead got a smile and the missing items to my order fulfilled. A bad experience made good. Parking: Ample parking Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to enter restaurant, clearly designated tables for handicapped people.
Everything was uncooked , the Mac n cheese , the chicken and the biscuit is solid as a rock plus I asked for fish and they gave me chicken smh . It’s so disgusting that the cooks would serve people raw food . And the Popeyes is in the hood , I bet if people gave them that they would flip . Just who ever mad this quit . Smh currently giving it to dog
Fried chicken like you know it. I'd wish the had more options for chicken sandwiches. Staff seems pretty fast if you order from inside the restaurant, but drive through gives me the impression that they're understaffed.
Do not eat from here. Staff is rude nasty and food is undercooked as chicken is raw and they have no specials at all …
Still the best chicken in town! I wish the beggars would stop blocking the driveway. The food is always fresh and the staff is very nice,! Now I'm hungry thinking about them.
