Service is great at drive thru. However, the food is extremely subpar. They've reheated old discolored meat and Mac and cheese looks like a ball of frozen cheese. I'll be avoiding this site from this point forward.  Parking: Shared with other businesses

Popeyes is always slow.. Everyone that I've ever gone into. but the food is delicious and the chicken is crispy and hot. I don't like dried out chicken and their apple pies are delicious as well. Their customer service is also good, but they slow.Food: 5/5

I completely understand that the holidays are right around the corner,  ut if you are dealing with a customer, you should finish the order correctly with the intention to make that customer smile.  I didn't smile because I was over charged, and given the wrong order.  If you're such in a rush to go home then you shouldn't have worked on Christmas Eve sir.  Side note:  It's totally unprofessional to repeat " I'm ready to go home" in front of a customer.

Terrible service. The workers are rude. Night Shift never have food left even when you order your food 2 hours prior closing time. They claim they about to close but two hours before though? What type of restaurant runs out of stuff two hours before they close ?! I would understand an hour or 30 mins before but two hours?! Uber eats gave me a call to let me know they didn’t have certain stuff anymore because of “closing time” and they didn’t let him talk to me they were in the background all talking at the same time and one of them kept on grabbing his phone wasn’t giving me the chance to speak. I just couldn’t stand them talking at the same time so I canceled my order, I was getting anxiety

Not sure why and really don’t care. Its 8:31 p.m. on a Monday and they got the lobby closed with a line full of cars. The fact that there are only 2-3 people working just  not mathing…Service: 1/5

The wait was extremely long. They tried to justify it but that doesn't help with my waste of time/money. After speaking to a few people, I was given a complimentary item.Food: 4/5

Normally, I do not complain, but this time my order was too wrong not to! I ordered a large red beans and rice and they sent me the large container with a regular portion size in it. I ordered two drinks - I am thirsty because no drinks were delivered. I requested sauces none came.  Like come on!!

I had recently ordered the  New! 12Pc Wings and I hate to complain but they were absolutely terrible when I got them they were burnt and dry and was barely any meat and when I called the store and asked to speak with a manger, one of the mangers said thats how they come and that there was nothing she can do. Also when I called up there they picked up and hung up on me the second time I called it wasn’t till the fourth time when they answered. I highly wouldn’t recommend this store or this item.

Don't go at night, night shift is just careless. The new chicken sandwiches tasted like they just had them sitting and reheated them, outside of that, it's too much seasoning for that sandwich imo.  The girl in drive thru claimed they were out of the new drink and had the frozen option but when we came to the window, the guy gave us both versions.  The tenders were decent tho. I just won't ever come to this location ever tbh, I'd go where the workers actually care about their job then I can actually judge the food properly.

Customer service is trash! Stood at mobile pick up and no one even greeted me. When I finally spoke up and said that I have a mobile order. The cashier dude told me you didn't even tell me your name. Why would I give you my name when I wasn't even greeted yet.Service: 1/5
