Dont go here, there chicken is disgusting and old. I ordered a signature hit and the chickeb was black inside the fries was old the drinks is horrible... The fountain machine is nasty with mulch inside. Do not go here. This is the most disgusting Popeyes in the world. It need to be shutdown ASAP. I threw my all my food in the garbage plus the drinks because I it's nasty...
The rice with my red beans was uncooked, and chicken sandwich in a spicy labeled bag was plain. I wasn’t rude or anything warranting this food service. I’ve barely visited Popeyes outside of Louisiana and guess I’m done doing that. Womp womp.Food: 1/5
There's a reason this place is rated so low. Stay away! Ordered spicy chicken sandwich and had nothing it was supposed to have in it. Fries were sitting there for God knows how long and the girl who took my order couldn't stop talking to the other employees long enough to actually focus on taking my order. Place looks shut down and probably should be. Steer clear
Crazy atmosphere the bathroom floors were so slippery we slipped and fell and the woman who was working the register offered to switch with another guy working to make sandwiches and he told her she wasn’t allowed??? So that was alarming. She was also loudly complaining about how she was working someone else’s shift because they were 20 minutes late
Frequent/loyal Popeyes customer here! This is without a doubt the worst Popeyes franchise I’ve ever been to. It is so mis-managed, I don’t know how it’s still in business. As another reviewer wrote, there is a sign on the entrance with old post-pandemic hours which are inaccurate. It’s old and dilapidated in a strip-mall that is abandoned. They allow you to order green beans on the app but the company no longer serves it because of Covid. The last time I went, they were out of cole slaw! Tonight, I was greeted by an excellent employee who actually started doing a Quality Check on my $60 order. She added a couple extra sauces which would have made the order perfect. Instead, her supervisor reached into our bag and actually took the sauce out. Turns out, the manager ended up ruining the order. I had to bite my tongue and walk out. There is a much cleaner, more modern, and better Popeyes a 5 min drive East on Bloomfield Ave in Bloomfield. That one may be more crowded but the quality is there. Avoid this Popeyes at all costs. Even though it’s much closer to me, I’m never going back.
Arrived with my friend. Walked in through the door which opened an old dirty dimly lit hallway which led to the restaurant. All the chicken was sitting out. People were vaping in the restaurant. Left right awayFood: 1/5
Not many Popeyes in my area, so I make it a point to treat myself when I'm traveling and spot a Popeyes. That said, I've eaten at many Popeyes in the North East. I ate at this location 3 times in two days. It was consistently excellent and very easily the best I've tried to date. The flavor was somehow better. The breading was light and crisp. The chicken each visit was too hot to heat right away. So good! Also the staff all seemed like they took their jobs very seriously. I'm doing this review a week later as they were heavy on my mind and believe they needed a nod!
Big Puddles of water by the entrance should of been my big WARNING sign, but I was so hungry, I overlooked the puddle my family and I had to cross. I placed my order and I was told I had to wait 10 minutes, okay 50 minutes later I’m asking about my order, young lady behind the counter seemed bothered I asked, but I waited patiently for 40 minutes on top of the 10 I was told. The employees were having a good time amongst themselves as if they were cooking in their homes for friends, very unprofessional. The crew manager was just walking all over the place as if his crew had everything under control, clearly not the status this particular day!! If you’re close to this location!! Just drive another 5 miles and I’m sure you will eat, return back home and you will beat the time served at this Popeyes..
So I come here a lot because most Popeyes are far away and this Popeyes is close to my house.Every time I come here the service and the place and nasty.The Celling is dirty with a murky brown color and the floor is always dirty with a wet sign.They don’t even make a effort to clean the store. There is a siting area that used to be open and is now closed and it just looks like a empty unused area. The service is even worse they always have a attitude and never give people time to order because of this people mess up there order.One time I went there and my server kept rushing me and when I got my order and receipt they got my order wrong. I asked for a 6 piece and they gave me a 12 piece and made me pay for a 12 piece.Also when I tried to review my order the server was very nasty with it.
