Good Popeyes location they have the machine where you can refill your drink and add ice to it. Tables are clean inside. Employees are good too. Had a 5 piece chicken tender platter. Left satisfiedFood: 5/5

This is crazy come on now. The pickle standard for Popeyes apparently is 2 pieces for a sandwich which is sparse as it is, and this location is now only providing 1 minuscule pickle per sandwich.  A classic Popeyes sandwich only has a topping of pickles plural and to withdraw the only element needed is absurd.  I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and only one single pickle was placed. I went back to the store after going home and I asked how many pickles they would put in the sandwich and they said 1-2, but the guideline is 2. It’s funny because I said if I asked for double the pickles they would give me 4, but I only had one.  I find it ridiculous how the one expectation required for the sandwich was withdrawn.  I hope the management of this location figures out the “lack of ingredients” crisis they’re facing.

Tiny pieces of chicken. $4.99 for a Tuesday special a 50%+ increase over 3 years - inflation is not THAT high so this is just plain greed. These 4 pieces 2 thighs, 2 drumsticks didn't even fill the box. The drums look like the drumettes from wings instead.Food: 1/5

I recently visited this Popeyes and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the server  prabh was welcoming and attentive. They made sure my order was taken promptly and even offered some great suggestions from the menu. The food was outstanding—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.Food: 5/5

I recently visited Popeyes at 12:30 am and was delighted by the exceptional service I received. The girl working at the counter was incredibly friendly and nice, making my late-night visit a pleasant experience. Despite the late hour, she greeted me with a warm smile and ensured my order was taken promptly and accurately. The food was delicious as always, but the standout was the excellent customer service.

I am personally a great fan of Popeyes as the chicken they always serves are fresh and juicy but I never expected that in Toronto, they will be opposite. The chickens were so cold and not well fried. The chicken became like a rubber. We went there seeing 4.2 review but it didn’t serve what we expected.Food: 2/5

My first and last visit to this Popeyes location. June 26 2:10am. Upon ordering, I received an uncooked piece of chicken and 2 piece of chicken that tasted like it was left for hours and was microwave.  The customer service was equally disappointing too, due to a particularly frustrating encounter with a staff member female who claimed to be the manager but displayed unprofessional behavior. Upon approaching the counter, I found her being on her phone texting a friend or so what, When I finally managed to get their attention, their dismissive attitude was both disheartening and unprofessional. Despite claiming to be the manager, their lack of managerial skills was apparent in their inability to handle even basic customer inquiries. It was clear they were more concerned with their phone than addressing customer concerns.  This Popeyes location needs to improve both the quality of their food and the professionalism of their service to retain customers.

I just wanna give shout outs to the 2 girls working there. I recently sprained my ankle and they were really accommodating, I just want to say thank you again. Oh and the chicken was good too.Food: 5/5

I often order late at night through Uber Eats, and every time, the food arrives fresh and warm. Even when it takes a bit longer for Uber to assign a delivery person, Popeyes always ensures the food is packed to retain its heat and It seems that if the food gets colduber whyydt??? , they remake it, which shows their commitment to their job and customer satisfaction. That’s above and beyond service! “Whoever did this” -&gt;Thank you!

I thought it was a fast food not a restaurant. I waited 25 minutes for just two pieces of chicken!!!! Seriously ? Especially before noon when it’s not a rush time and there was nobody, only me. If I wanted to wait for a food I could go to a restaurant and get a healthy meal within 15-20 minutes.Service: 1/5
