I strongly suggest drive-up rather than sit-in because you get the food a lot quicker.  You can then park and go in to enjoy the recently redecorated interior.  For some reason dine-in takes much longer for the food to be served.  The shrimp i had were small but tasty. The spicy chicken was well seasoned but tasted like it had been frozen too long.  The ordering was difficult because there are two meals called the "Tackle box" so you must specify which one. All in all, it was "Louisiana fast" food but not "Louisiana good".  I was not impressed.

Just got the 12 piece, chicken only, half spicy half not spicy. 
The pieces are ridiculously small, the chicken is DRY like it's been there a long time. And the "spicy" isn't spicy at all. 
I normally don't bother with leaving negative reviews. I just don't go back to a place if I have a bad experience. But this chicken is so bad, I had to say something! 
Absolutely terrible. And I can see from the other rebiews that other people aren't happy either. Upper management obviously knows about this and does nothing about it.  
How awful is that? 
I don't think I'm going back to this location. I'll give others a try, but not this one.

Dirty tables, very bad service, chicken  is not fresh, the meat is dry... those are signs of old chicken that should be thrown away & not served to customers. None of the employees smile at the counter, no greeting... Come on,  you want the customers to keep coming back,  you wanna make them happy.. Customers will say great things about places they've eaten..Well, you get what you pay for.... I haven't been there for years but just decided to stop in and nothing has changed...

I haven't been here in a while, as everyone who works here always seemed to be in a bad mood and took forever preparing food orders. I was in the mood for Popeye's and decided to give it another shot: this was a mistake. I got there and waited in front of the counter- no line- for 15 minutes. There were two women whom were waiting for their orders, and in the time I was waiting only one got theirs- and it was wrong on top of it. I finally couldn't wait any longer for my order to be taken at this "fast food" restaurant, as I was on a lunch break of 30 minutes, and needed enough time to get back to work. To top everything off, the kitchen was a mess and there were flies everywhere. I like Popeye's, but this location needs to be overhauled or shut down.

not even 1 star worth service.
manager named ANA was so rude. Never greeted nor said thank you after transaction. when handing off to-go bag, did not even have eye-contact & didn't say a word.  never go in-side. they only focus on drive-thru.
