As someone who eats at Popeyes once a week, I have become extremely frustrated by their management and customer service. The last 3 weeks they have messed up my order and it's been the same person every time. The manager. First, he was having conversations with another employee and laughing while taking the order. Then when he repeated it the order was completely wrong. When I repeated the order back to him and pulled up to the window I noticed the receipt was wrong. I politely told the manager what I had ordered and he said the receipt is wrong but what's in the bag is correct. I parked my car, checked what was in the bag, and it was all stuff that I didn't order. When I went inside and told the manager, he dismissed the fact that my order was wrong until another employee confronted him and got us the right food. This has happened 3 times now. I didn't realize that a simple #7 spicy with mashed potatoes was so damn hard to enter into a computer. Until management changes, I will not be returning.

Slow as hell. I get that fried chicken is not "fast food" but should not take 25 min for some chicken strips! Don't come here if your in a hurry. Employees seem unfazed that there is only 3 people in the store and everybody waiting! Get it together Popeyes. I love Popeyes but this is not ok.

I gave one star only because I wanted to write this review. First time I went here, the staff consisted of a bunch of teens/young adults talking about people they were dating and how much they wanted to go in break--loudly and in clear view of customers. I felt like an inconvenience that they had to ring me up and make my food. When I finally got my food, they got my order wrong and ignored me when I told them it was wrong. I ate the food and left, deciding not to come back. However, my husband likes the food and wanted to give them another chance. So five weeks later, we go through the drive through. Sat there for a minute or two with no response, so we asked if anyone was there. Oh, hey a human! Then he keeps dropping off and finally asks us to come inside to order because they're having technical difficulties. Okay ... oh wait, a car is blocking the drive thru so we can't go around (they're waiting for food it turns out they ordered 20 MINUTES ago) so I get out and go in the door next to the drive thru. There's six employees just standing around in back and three people waiting at the counter. Guy in manager's outfit is trying to do something in back, no idea what. Employees keep glancing at the front but ignore the customers. Finally one guy gets a key card from his manager to try and get the register working and fails. Won't make eye contact with any of the people waiting and doesn't speak to us. Recieved no acknowledgement from the six people working there and after a few minutes I walked out. Then we had to wait another five minutes for the woman to leave who was waiting for her food (they couldn't ask her to pull out of the way and just run her food out to her, apparently. Maybe they did and she didn't trust she'd get it, wouldn't blame her.) We left and drove across the street to KFC where the service was 100x better. Will not be going back to Popeyes and I urge others to avoid this location. It's terribly managed and the employees they have staffed have made it plain that working in the service industry is the absolute last thing they want to be doing.

I've been to this location twice now. The 1st time they were slow and didn't have half the items on the menu, but I let it go because they had just opened up the location. I tried it again last night and had the same experience. Everything I tried to order they were out of, coleslaw, chicken tenders, their current special of butterfly shrimp. Why bother offering all this food if you're never going to have it available. Neither time was the food that I did manage to get that good either. Not worth the time or the money!

Love their chicken ; & they have a new flavor of pie. Cherry Cheese Cake pies. The Bomb!!! Although I picked the cherries out. Lol! Don't mind eating the filling w/o the actual cherry. Lol!
