I ordered 5 piece tenders, spicy and got 1 spicy, 3 regular and one regular that wasn't even eatible... no phone number list on the receipt and the phone number listed on line is not in service. Very disappointed.

TRUTHFULLY IT SUCKED. I WAS IN LINE 10min.BFOR THEY EVEN TOOK MY ORDER. THEN AFTER ANOTHER 15min ( still no food ) ONE OF THE WORKERS CAME OUT AND STARTED TALKING TO PEOPLE IN THEIR CARS AND APOLOGIZING. A CAR IN FRONT OF ME PULLED OUT AND LEFT. I THEN FOLLOWED SUIT . AFTER 25min. I NO LONGER EVEN WANTED THE FOOD. THIS LOCATION IS ALWAYS IN A MESS LIKE THAT. ??????????????? 👎👎👎

Yet another long wait in line and yet more items that we ordered and paid for not in the bag. To add to the general annoyance, the cups containing our sides were only half full. Or half empty. Depending on your disposition. Our shrimp meal was also way less than what one would normally receive or expect, given the tidy sum we spend to enjoy such incredible food and service. After getting the shaft for the 4th (and final) time today, I decided to call and complain, only to find out that they don't even have a functioning number listed. I loved Popeyes when I lived in Milwaukee. It's a shame this one can't get its act together. Or give people the stuff they paid for. Or anything.

The service is aweful. I went through the drive through and waited for almost an hour for my food. I was not the only car waiting either. There were 4 other cars that sat for a substantial amount of time also. I waited 20 minutes in the line when there was no one else was ahead of me then was handed my food and told to pull up for my drinks. I asked for 3 sweet teas and a lemonade. I got 3 lemonades and a sweet tea. The food they handed me was missing one of the meals so the lady who brought the drinks said she would bring it out. 10 minutes later the server came out of the building and said she was waiting for more chicken to come up. About 20 after and many other cars sitting waiting too I went in and they said oh we forgot about u. The meals they gave me to begin with were mild not spicy but i didnt know till i got home and by the time I left the majority of my food was cold and even in the hot food the chicken was rubbery.
