Beautiful landscaping outside. The interior atmosphere was also very pleasing with funky music playing. Staff and even other customers were friendly. I wasn't impressed with the food, but it was good. The gravy is definitely unique. We ordered a family meal with one side. Mild Chicken and mashed potatoes. I was very dissapointed in the portion of potatoes given. The biscuits were soft and buttery. Meals average about $7. Overall I do not recommend Popeyes, but it's worth 4 stars. Not bad.

As long as the chicken is fresh then it's real good. Sometimes u get some that's been sitting but they always fix or replace my order no problem.

Food is great as long as it is fresh.  I always ask what is fresh and get that, or specify that you don't mind waiting for them to cook it fresh.

Yes the food is mostly greasy, not for the healthy eaters. The food is definitely good. You can get the chicken spicy or mild. Sides include rice & beans, Cajun rice, mash potatoes & gravy, and a fee more things. The people are always nice and helpful. Mostly quick service, but do expect a bit of a crowd. People come from all over the upstate to eat here.

I was so excited when I saw a Popeyes was coming, because I love their food, but I swear I don't see how  they are still open, due to the service, you have to ALWAYS , ALWAYS check your order because it is going to be wrong, after you've waited on it for 20 to 30 minutes, and asked if it is correct, I have watched as the manager cooked , cleaned, waited on customers, refunded almost everyone orders waiting on their order, because there are cooks in the back playing around.instead of dropping chicken. .I use to fill out the surveys for the free meal, but I swear it's not worth it, My husband says he doesn't understand why I still go.
