This was borderline a 3 because my family say the chicken is good . My dissatisfaction is the seafood menu selection preparation and the drive through customer service.
I eat seafood only so for me after four different meals from there and four over cooked fish and shrimp (tough rubbery overly greasy)I am no longer a customer for myself.

The other issue that as a consumer I would hope get attention and some type of resolution is the drive through employees. I can only assume that maybe long lines and long hours can wear down the customer service etiquette tolerance and etc-But the employees should be reminded that the car that is driving through isn’t aware of that and should not be expose to negative service when they are paying patrons .

Eaten here about 3 times. Each time wasn't bad. The most recent time I asked for a 4 Piece Combo with Cajun Fries and a biscuit. It was surprisingly good. 

They asked if I wanted sauce and I asked for suggestions and they said they liked the Blackened Ranched - which was delicious really.

I was given napkins without asking, sauce by suggestion. Service was good. The 4 Piece combo was good as well. 

They serve Coke Products and have a couple of sauces to choose from, one being Blackened Ranch, BBQ, and I am sure some others.

Outstanding. Best chicken in town. Great hot sauce and fries. Would recommend to everyone I know.

I really enjoy Popeyes food, but the service at this location is horrible. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The food is always cold, and if you arrive any time after 10:15pm they refuse to serve customers. Do yourself a favor, avoid this location.

I've been I some not so good restaurants and i rarely eat at Popeyes but this location is the WORST in Stafford County. Each time I've come to this particular Popeyes, there is always a long line, chicken is never ready and management just stays in the office. Coming up i worked at a Popeyes so i know a thing or two. This location seriously needs the GM to oversee and get things straight. But i must say the worker are very polite that's why i rate this location at 3, otherwise it would be a 1 star.
