October 24, 2017 - about two months after they opened. 

Ive seen many complaints about this location's beginnings. I have been here twice, and they got my order correct both times, the food is fresh and delicious, and the customer service (however brief with me, since I'm a quick customer) was great. No problems with the visit, and the order came out to me at approx. 1 min from paying. Quick service as well. I did dine in.

I came here on opening day (08/07/17 First customer!) with the singular purpose of reviewing this place, I had heard the restaurant chain was good. I am obligated to say I was not disappointed in the least. The staff is friendly and the food is a fresh taste to Santa Maria (the spicy chicken, raspberry pies, and biscuits are my favs). This restaurant will provide some much needed competition to certain other chicken restaurants in town. Overall great taste with a nice kick, good staff, clean establishment. Well done to the team here. I'll be coming back here often.

I'm going to attribute this to them just opening and the employees being new. If they improve I'll update this. I ordered a 3 piece tender meal and was given a 3 piece regular chicken meal instead. Called and talked to a manager who said she would put my name on a list for a free meal. When I went in to claim the meal, they cashier I spoke to was very rude about it, acting as if I was inconveniencing her. She then proceeded to charge me for the free meal even though she said she would honor it, not until a manager noticed her mistake it was corrected. Once I got my food and was home with it did I notice that yet AGAIN they gave me two 3 piece regular chicken meals instead of two 3 piece tender meals. I'm sorry, but I just don't understand what's so difficult about grabbing the right type of chicken. The wait is just too long to get the wrong order in the end, so I won't be coming back to this location for quite awhile. They don't offer any of the sale or special items that the other locations offer, but I don't blame them since apparently they can't get their regular menu correct.

The second time we order takeout, and the second time my order was not right. Spent $22.66 last night and $56.36 the first time only to get home and have orders royally screwed up, even after the CSR called them out to us. We drive 55 miles, round-trip, to do takeout from a restaurant that, so far, is batting zero. And don't try calling them about their errors, because they don't have a listed phone number. The one they do have rings and is only accessible with a code, so it is obviously not set up for complaints or criticism. 
Do yourself a favor: Eat IN to ensure that your order is correct because, otherwise, you will get home with someone else's order and be out some hard-earned money.
