For the first time, all my food was fresh. However we did have to wait a minute, maybe 2 which is okay. Understandable somewhat. But they also forgot our sauces and I had to go back through and get them

Not going to say all of them are the same but i have gone to 3 of them so far in different places in cape Girardeau. Mo they are very rude they get in to fights in front of customers. And the one in Dyersburg tenn. They are also rude and they never get your order right always have to go 3 times to pick up what i ordered and payed for the food is good the people that work there are unfavorable. Like I said they are very rude .

Had a very minor mistake about a side, was fixed without a problem. Delicious food, great staff.

Placed our order, was told they were out of greens beans. Asked for red beans and rice was told it would be 10 minutes did we mind waiting. We waited 10 minutes our food was brought out to us. Made the 30 minute drive home only to realize that our red beans and rice that we waited 10 minutes for was not in the bag.
