Convenient location near the Santander Performing Arts Center in Reading PA Pennsylvania, with easy access in and out of the garage.

Clean, well lit parking garage.  But it takes a long time to exit after a concert/show because of how the way the lot exits onto the main road.

A good, clean facility.  Though showing its age in spots, everything works.  Central to most government offices in town, including the Courthouse and the County Services Center.
