I  love this library! Very helpful and friendly staff! Always a pleasure to visit! My daughter loves story time with Ms.Lauren she's absolutely wonderful!!!

Came to Poplar Creek Public Library for the 2nd time today to attempt to study quietly and do my work on the computer. I must say I will NOT be returning unless I absolutely have to. I have NEVER heard a library so LOUD and DISRUPTIVE in my life! The employees do a horrible job managing the quietness of a library. Therefore, shows a lack of respect for those who are working. How can anyone manage to do their work here? Whether a person is upstairs or downstairs on a computer one can hear the sounds of kids trampling up and down the stairs. 
THAT'S ABSURD and ANNOYING!!! 
I understand kids are out for the summer and parents want to keep their kids busy and active. But kids and adults SHOULD KNOW when and where to use LOUD VOICES vs. soft voices. 
Even though I have NOT had a good experience here the library is spacious, clean, and well lit.
