Thiis asian guy licor is very expensive in prices, also charge you for bags and that is illegal

The business owner will overcharge you if you don't pay attention, and be upset when you challenge her.  She says no one else has a problem no one else complains why are you complaining. And then she has the nerve to say well if you don't like it you can go somewhere else. I guess I'm the only one doing the math. Just because no one else is paying attention doesn't make it right, that's stealing. So she advertised monster energy for a 1.99, the cash register will ring up a total of $2.35. The city of Montebello has a sales tax of 9% the CRV of 24 ounces and higher is $0.10, my total should have been $2.22 because it was a 16 ounce can. I don't have a problem paying the higher price just advertised as such, don't trick your customers.
