I wouldn't even give them a star.  Poquoson place apartments used to be a wonderful place with friendly and helpful staff.  The new manager Mrs. Vance is a hateful, unprofessional and all around rude person, who clearly does not care about the residents that live there.  People who once loved living there are moving out.  She is not willing to listen or even receive any feedback.  She always acts like you are bothering her if you speak.  I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here and that's sad because everyone used to love it!  Heaven help you if you have kids and move in, if you do I would recommend keeping them in their rooms as she has no concept of family friendly.  Be prepared for surprise fees she will try to add on,  that don't even apply to you.   Good luck to all the current residents and I hope you can get out soon.   Oh and one last thing,  if you decide to break your lease and move it,  we all know they will charge you for the rest of your lease or until it has been rented.  Keep a close eye on that because they will not tell you it was rented and allow you to keep paying.  Go knock on the door  off your old place to prove someone lives there,  then go to the office.  Shady,  shady people in there.
