HIGH QUALITY - HIGHER QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICES Was having a hard time with some leakage on recent shower install. Start with the fact that the shower and bathroom are OFF the CHARTS beautiful. So after working with Pan American contracting of the Bronx, on the install, we could not figure out why the leak? Enter the Regional Director for Quality Assurance. I wrote an email asking for an assist - within hours Charles Driscoll got in his car and drove 100 miles to observe and recommend fix for the challenge. The man is a class act! If the only recommendation I had was for the customer service; that would get them 5 stars - and yet the quality of their product is almost as good as their regional manager! He came, saw there was a piece missing; diagnosed install as perfect and left us very satisfied customers indeed.

Sterile experience. After shopping for our modern/minimalistic bathroom project we decided to finally visit Porcelanosa. Our budget was set pretty high so pricing was never an issue and this review has nothing to do with prices. To us Porcelanosa seemed like end game in tile and bathroom design. Not so much. We extensively looked for tile and bathroom design help in about a dozen stores in Brooklyn, north and central Jersey. This store left much to be desired. We wanted it to be amazing but we walked away feeling like we wasted our time. I wish the tile was lay out was presented as a matching floor/wall design instead of just looking at rows of tile. It is very hard not to get jaded by just looking at tile. The display stands were just not presented right or maybe the salesman didn't show us the full capability the store has to offer. We ended up purchasing our tile in Brooklyn out of all places. Attentive and hardworking salesman made a huge difference in our case.

The tiles are very beautiful! Many of their ceramic tiles look like real wood. Shawn, the store representative, was very kind, patient and knowledgeable.

Great store. The staff is always willing to help and there are a lot of products in stock. The prices are pretty high, but that's what you'll need to pay if you want super high-end bathroom and kitchen products.

Very poor customer service. I called up because I had a question regarding a product I bought at another porcelonsa and was told that I need to call that store (which was closed). I told them it was a general question and was told there store reps are too busy to answer and someone would get back to me. No call back.
