He listens and takes time with me at each appointment to answer my questions thoroughly and always makes sure I understand what he is saying. His staff is very friendly and professional as well. Highly recommend Dr Jarad and Port Huron Internal Medicine.
Love Dr. Jarad and his staff, Stephine his nurse practitioner is very thorough and caring about your health and needs. Have been to a few Dr's in my years and by far Dr Jarad has helped me with my issues above and beyond. Would highly recommend him and his Nurse's to anyone! Dr. Jarad is not only a fantastic doctor but a genuine human being. He cares for people and really listens to his patients. He explains everything and answers any questions so you know exactly what is going on. It means everything to me to have a doctor that I can trust completely. I would recommend him to anyone who just needs to find a great physician.
My client has been a client of one of these drs for a long period of time. So this is not just a one time, bad experience. Hard to understand, doesn’t listen to the patient’s needs, in a hurry, bedside manners just aren’t there. Had great experience with office staff, and PAs over many visits! Switching drs for more compassionate care and no pill pushers. Medication is definitely needed but NOT for every single thing making the medication list 2 pages long.

Dr. John Jarad is a knowledgeable, caring Internist. He and the entire staff work together, seeing many patients, following up on test results, and diagnosing and treating illness. The care, attention to detail, and outstanding communication instill confidence and help put us at ease. Thank you !
office staff is absolutely rude and forgetful they don't follow through. can't count how many tomes I got a message with part of info but not the rest they don't return calls and treat you poorly I was forced to make an appt and when I told them I wasn't sure I could make it my on call achedule gets hectic which they knew ahead of they said I needed to find another doctor after a year of ha ING this doctor I never even seen in person just their nurse oractuoner smh don't go here especially if you have medicaid your just a number and a pay check
Dr.Jarad and all of his faculty and staff are wonderful, compassionate and super helpful! They truly portray what a professional medical facility should be like. I am pleased to have Dr.Jarad as my PCP and would recommend him or any of his faculty to anyone!
I see Dr. Bhalla, I like her so far. I seen my last Doctor for 5 years so, it's taking time to get use to a new one. But, she is taking time to listen and address every concern. I also, have not gotten a ton of new medicines which I like too. She explains things well too. The staff have also been friendly and helpful to my experience. The only complaint is I have not got to meet the therapy dog Max yet.
Switched my PCP over to Stephanie at this office after switching my doctor of 9 years. Scheduled the appointment for anxiety and to establish. Brought medical records with me. Upon walking up to the office their is a sign that states Port Huron Internal Medicine ring the buzzer. Someone rudly states over the intercom you do not have to ring the buzzer just walk in. So I go in I show up a half an hour early as there "check in" and paperwork over my phone wasnt working. Front desk lady rudly states you have to complete your paperwork. In my head, that's why I'm here 30 mins early... I waited an hour in the room for her to come in and tell me that she was going to refer me to psych. I told her I just seen a psych doctor. I don't have to or need to. I see a counselor by choice already. Been taking anxiety meds my whole life. Been receiving my anxiety meds through my PCP for over 9 years, since I was 18. I won't be going back. Scheduled this appointment 2 weeks ago to get my anxiety meds to wait in a room for an hour and for her to tell me I need to see psych... Just seen psych who told me they really don't need to see me unless I'm looking for antidepressants/mood stabilizers which I'm not.. Sooooo... I don't recommend. I needed my anxiety meds for my severe anxiety and panic attacks. Not ok.
