I love this place!! The female owner is the sweetest person who always makes my sandwich just how I like and they include candy. Every time I come she greets me with a smile This is the best location in town. Very good service!Food: 5/5

One of my absolute favorite places for lunch. The owners are very kind, hard working and generous. They always make sure to have my favorite candies and they know me so well they know what I want to order before I even say it most of the time! I recently ordered a sandwich through door dash, however I accidentally left the wrong address and pressed order. I immediately cancelled the order and received a cancellation notice. After I received a cancellation notice I then received a notice saying that my sandwich had been confirmed. Because of this, DoorDash would only give me 3 dollars of my order back, as Port of Sub had already taken my money. I drove to the store and, even though they still had my money, they refused to give me a sandwich unless I paid again. I’ve been going to this port of sub for years and haven’t had any problems, so I’m honestly surprised that the owner would treat a customer this way. Thanks to them I was out almost 20 dollars, and had no food. I understand that it was initially my fault for not putting in the right address, however it could have been easily fixed by the store just making a sandwich once I arrived.

Always fresh and tasteful food and fast and friendly service. Clean bathrooms and restaurant. Decently priced sub Sandwiches, chips and drinks. Worth the trip! The only frustrating part, although not the restaurant's fault, the parking sucks. But worth it every time I go in!

I love the P.O.S. by COS. The owner is one of the kindest men I have met. Once I left my purse behind, he secured it, and waited for me to figure out my mistake! Plus, he makes a great sandwich on great bread!

As a former employee I have been so glad to  work at the place for two years. In the beginning I had no idea what to do as this was my first job in the USA. I appreciate that  the owners and the team were so patient to teach me everything and how to deal with the customers in a respectful and professional manner. we all were one team and I never felt any of us was treated differently. I would never think of leaving them if I was’t leaving visalia. It’s a fair place to work at and a good  .place to eat from

This is a must visit place for sandwiches and salads. They have the freshest of the greens which they use in their salads and sandwiches. Even the place is very beautifully decorated in tune with the festive fall season.The owners always will go an extra mile to make sure that the needs of the customer are met. They will go above and beyond to give the customers the best of the experiences. Above all they are very affordable. So go and give it a try. It is also a value for money since their portion sizes are just right for the price. Their peppercini bread is to die for. The breads they use are made fresh every day right from the oven to your mouth. Their sandwiches are hand crafted like a piece of art to give you the best of dining experiences.

This is the 2nd time I've come. The sandwiches were great when we first came. However, in the middle of eating, an employee coughed and had so much phlegm.  Moments later she sniffled and we heard lots of mucus. In between us eating she kept coughing. I'm not sure why the manager thought it was worth bringing a sick employee in to work to make food for the public. Maybe management is careless in considering the health of others. For that simple fact, we'll never go back due to poor management.
