Not all bad, have had some decently quick experiences before but last Friday I went a little bit before closing, they had a huge line and not because there was too few employees or too many customers... They were all counting down the minutes til closing by Talking, talking to one another, talking to a customer about his family, just talking and not  concerned at all with the line of customers who wanted to get it done before the weekend.
Poor way to make your customers feel. I left, this is a For Profit Business, don't treat us like cattle.

All the workers I have ever spoken to here have been very friendly. Have always had quick service and was never left waiting for more than ten minutes max.

This office is owned and operated by immoral and unethical people.  They exaggerate their experience in the business to obtain your patronage.  They steal customers from other subagents and license services, but fortunately don't keep them long because those customers soon learn what this office is about and return to their regular subagent.  They have even been investigated by the county for unethical business practices.  So if you care for small businesses, like subagents that are all privately owned and that take pride in their service, please drive an extra mile to the county office instead of putting your hard earned money into the pockets of the greedy owners of this disgusting office.  NO STARS IF I COULD.

I'd actually give zero stars because, a phone customer is just as important as a customer in person. Whoever I spoke with today was too busy and too concerned with the line in the office to fully speak with me on what I was asking. She was rude and told me she didn't have time to talk when I was trying to explain why I needed information on a vehicle I sold (because the purchaser got a traffic infraction and it was sent to my home in my name)
