My boyfriend ordered flowers for Valentines Day. They weren't delivered that day (someone was home all day) so he emailed them as he's overseas. Never got a response. 3 days later he called after still no delivery. They said they'd tried 'desperately' to contact him but never called, never even looked at his email, no message on the door or with a neighbor. The owners response was 'we were busy'. Really? Never offered an upgrade or a discount or anything. She was rude and said she didn't care. Never again will we use this florist. If you want good, timely service you shouldn't either.

My brother ordered flowers for his girlfriend the day before Valentine's Day. He called and confirmed order afterwards and specifically asked for a confirmation email. The lady who answered the phone said she would send it shortly. He didn't receive email, flowers WERE NOT DELIVERED, NOR WAS A COURTESY CALL GIVEN. He called on the 15th and the only resolve was to refund money and another confirmation email to be sent of credit. Neither of these things happened. He is upset because of the unnecessary argument it caused. She is upset because she waited for a delivery that never came. I am upset because their holoday was ruined all because of a shop I recommended. Will not return. None of us.

I am not shopping here anymore, I agree with Erin Harrell, the manager is off her rocker. They should treat people nice.

Ordered flowers to be delivered for valentines day which were never recieved. Im overseas so i emailed them to ask why not. 3  days later they had to be called and their responce was they did not care. They were very rude and had alot of attitude, i will never use them again.

Portage flower shop in Portage, IN never fails to please me.  Their  work is  beautiful, elegant and always fresh. I highly recommend  them for any and all occasions .
If by some rare fluke, you find a problem...i urge you to call them and they will make it right? 
A family owned.business, the staff is plesant and understanding to your needs.
