my first time going here recently and it was a great experience. I had taken my car to two other mechanics and they could not diagnose the issue with my car but this place called me the same day found the issue , fixed it and had it back to me by the next day. I recommend this to anyone who wants there car fixed right and timely. the people there are also so nice! I will definitely be taken all my cars here for now on!

I've been bringing my vehicles to Rob for my entire adult life. The work is done correctly, efficiently and at a fair price. They have always been great at providing recommendations where budget is a concern; suggesting what needs done right away and what will need done in the future. Their communication with customers and no-pressure approach ensure that they stand apart from other local shops. I would NEVER go anywhere else.

I have been using Portage Lakes Automotive for at least 8 years.  I honestly believe they have first rate mechanics and i know they provide first rate customer service.  Going to a mechanic is like going to the dentist.
  No one wants to experience car problems but it is a reality of life.  I would not even think about going somewhere else.  Trust Rob and Nellie with your car.
