I used to have an account with Porta Soft and discontinued. The reason I discontinued was for lack of knowledge on my part. I didn't understand the results of having water with low PH. I have come to a full understanding and called them to set up a neutralizing system. I opted to pay for the installation and rent the system. I fell on hard times, but I pulled myself out of a financial crisis and have a much healthier financial status. My credit score has been rising on a regular basis but its taking time for my credit score to show an acceptable score. So I just wasted an hour of my time going over the needed system to have it fall away. They said my score was too low to rent. Really? I have worked so hard to develop a budget and follow it. So much for a "mom and pop" business (as another reviewer commented) that cares about customers. Its sad. I don't understand the risk of renting, If your paying for the installation up front, should you not make the rental payment, you take the equipment back. Its just so disheartening to be treated like a low class citizen because of a difficult period of my life. Keep looking for another company.

While I have been using porta soft I have gone through three hot water heaters. Every time I had a repair man come out they were very nice and told me everything was in working order . Recently I had two plumbers come and check my water and tell me that the water conditioner has never worked. I went with another company and I'm enjoying my water softener finally .

They immediately came over, ran a battery of water tests, diagnosed and solutioned the problem.

They restored my faith in this business. After three years of poor service and terrible technicians, I needed to make a change and found Portasoft. Their service person took time to explain everything and did a great job of serving my equipment. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional Will solve your problem The best way possible Also you will save money by Using portasoft . I made a big mistake by going to soft springs in dove . Soft springs tried to sell me equipment that I did not need !! Thank you very much!!
