I have been in twice to have massages done.  Ive had back recurring lower back problems for a few years now and currently spend a lot of time sitting in front of a computer.  Im thankful for the opportunity to destress and have my back feel more relaxed when I leave.  The studio is clean, the staff is professional, and the massages are great.  I imagine the yoga is too but I havent made that leap yet!
