My first time there. Arrived around 8:30-9 pm. The dinner rush was over and the restaurant was about 1/3 occupied. Menu was fairly extensive for a place famous for hot dogs. Pricing was reasonable. I was with a group of 6. You order at the counter and then wait at your table for them to call out your number similar to In & Out. It seemed to take a long time to get the order. Maybe because it was later in the evening and the staff was reduced. There were a lot of online orders that came to pick up. I got their signiture hot dog (another name for a Chicago dog) and a chocolate cake milkshake. Price was good, but by the time the order was ready my bun was quite soggy and there was no mustard on it and the only self serve condiment offered was ketchup for the fries. Strange. I enjoyed it anyway. The milkshake was of legitimate quality with chunks of cake in the bottom of the cup. Everyone else ordered burgers and they were happy with the taste and quality. Overall it's definitely worth a try and if I were in the area I would go there again. A- for food, B for service

Nothing like this where I moved so it's a nice treat to come home and have a great Big Beef Sandwich with cheese and peppers. The crinkle cut fries are also awesome. Almost always busy, but worth the wait. Their Chopped Salad also very good. Build one of these in Northern KY!

The food is always delicious and & the customer service is awesome... We dined in today & it was nice... the fries were fresh all the food was fresh I went with the the polish I'm never disappointed

Very nice dogs. The weiner is split and grilled to give a crispy texture and good flavor. The tots with chilli and cheese are highly addictive. I'll be back.

Hot dogs are way too overhyped! Jumbo chili cheese dog was a regular hot dog....the burger meat was way better than the hot dogs. milkshake was good. staff was a bit rude especially the guy that only had the one job to shout out numbers. The menu is a bit too much...too many focuses and a tamal as an option is just too weird. not appealing at all.
