I currently live here and i love it here! It is very quiet and peaceful. The management and maintenance are fantastic people and i love that it is safe for my daughter to play and ride her bike here!

The manager was helpful and we were able to get into the rv park for a few months stay when everything else was full. The lot was pretty large for an rv park.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! The bills are given out at random dates, often with the due date being a few days away, presumably so that they can charge late fees. The park only has three dumpsters for ALL of the tenants, and they only barley added the third one, however they are ALWAYS FULL so it doesn't matter how often you clean your yard, trash will blow in. If you move in, they wont fix your pipes. There are tenants that have other peoples sewage pour into their bathrooms, but the park wont fix the pipes, other tenants were told to stop using toilet paper. Your electricity and water will be turned off with NO NOTICE for upwards of eight hours at a time. However, it is located right next to the high school, so you will be entertained by the high/junior high school band practices until after sundown daily. Also, the rent is higher here than anywhere else, with NO amenities. And there's a clause in the contract that says if you buy your own shed/storage, you are not allowed to take it with you when you leave, it will be the property of the park (the new contracts may not have this clause, to be fair) or if you want a fence that isn't falling over you have to pay for the park to fix it for you. LOOK ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT QUALITY LIVING!!!!!

They took our application and $70 ($35 for each my husband and I) and never heard a thing!! My husband called to check over a week later and they said they were still waiting for background check. Still waiting and it's nearly a month later....guess they aren't looking for tenants. Ridiculous.
