Went to register my car today. Turns out I needed an appointment to do so. No big deal. I call the number I was given by the sweet older lady at reception and set up an appointment for tomorrow instead. Great customer service. TLDR: call and set up an appointment before you go there
Passes to travel within building. Reusable Tax Collection clip on tag should be wiped down before handing it out to another person. Also, why are paper passes reused when there is no way to sanitize them. Just think you need to optimize your sanitizing procedures. The receptionist was so worried about 6' apart which is near to impossible due to meeting room table, etc . At least we all had mask on but no sanitizing means for reusable tag and no way to sanitize paper passes which should be discarded after being handled. Just thought you would appreciate some tips for safety.
Do not go here to file for marriage if you don’t have to. Both clerks are incredibly rude and unpleasant to work with. Kim is great, though. The receptionists have also given us major attitude issues.
Word of warning: DO NOT FOLLOW THE GPS DIRECTIONS. It will lead you to a restricted area which I got yelled at by some dude in a suit. Instead of taking that right, down that small road, continue going straight until you see the primary parking lots. Despite that, car registration was simple and quick.
Kim was super helpful getting our marriage license. I have been to the town clerks office a few times and they are awesome. Thank you for all you guys do.

unable to appeal parking ticket at the Portsmouth town hall. first time i was told the ticket was not processed yet because it happened the same day. 2nd time i came in i was told i had to do it online.
